SCULPTRA®/
LANLUMA®
Sculptra® and Lanluma® are biostimulating fillers based on poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA) and represent a modern form of aesthetic treatment that follows the body's natural regeneration mechanisms. Instead of simply filling wrinkles, they specifically stimulate the body's own collagen production. This creates a lasting firming and rejuvenating effect that develops gradually and is characterized by a particularly natural appearance.
While Sculptra® is primarily used for facial rejuvenation and structural improvement, Lanluma® additionally offers the possibility of treating larger areas of the body. These include, among other things, harmonizing body contours, correcting hip dips, or subtly augmenting the buttocks.

Q&A
Are there any limitations after the treatment?
Mild redness, swelling, or bruising may occur. Exercise, sauna, or sunbathing should be approached with caution during the first 24–48 hours.
Is the treatment painful?
Most patients only feel a slight pricking or pressure sensation during the injections. If desired, the treatment can be made more comfortable with cooling or local anesthesia.
Are there any side effects?
Temporary redness, swelling, small bruises or slight sensitivity at the injection sites are possible, but usually subside within a few hours to days.
How long does a session last?
The treatment usually lasts 30–60 minutes, depending on the area and desired result.
What is the difference between this and hyaluronic acid fillers?
Unlike traditional hyaluronic acid fillers, which instantly build volume and fill wrinkles, Sculptra® and Lanluma® work by stimulating the body's own collagen production. The result develops gradually, looks particularly natural, and lasts long-term.
